Mauro Slavić is the person behind the Eternium brand
A licensed real estate agent who entered the world of real estate in 2018. After years of experience in real estate brokerage, numerous successful transactions, and extensive hands-on experience, he founded Eternium d.o.o. in 2023 with one clear idea – to offer a different approach to the real estate market.
Because we would never want to be just a number in someone’s records or simply another transaction, we never see our clients that way either. Every purchase or sale has its own story, plans, and high expectations. When someone places their trust in us, we do not want to be just the agency that handled the transaction, but a partner with whom you build a relationship and to whom you will turn again whenever you need advice or assistance.
In addition to real estate brokerage, we now offer comprehensive support with renovations and refurbishments, property valuations, energy certification, and surveying services. Our goal is to provide everything you need in one place, making the entire process simpler, safer, and free of unnecessary stress.
Eternium d.o.o. is a member of the Croatian Chamber of Economy. We hold a license to perform real estate brokerage activities and operate in accordance with the Code of Ethics for Real Estate Brokers.
