Sale and Purchase of Real Estate – the brokerage fee is charged as a percentage of the total agreed purchase price.

The total brokerage fee amounts to 6.00% and is charged as follows:

Purchase of Real Estate – the brokerage fee for the sale and purchase transaction is payable by the Buyer and amounts to 3.00%.

Sale of Real Estate – the brokerage fee for the sale and purchase transaction is payable by the Seller and amounts to 3.00%.

Exchange of Real Estate – in the case of an exchange of real estate, the brokerage fee is payable by each party to the exchange. The percentage is calculated based on the value of the property acquired by each party through the exchange and amounts to 3.00%.

Lease and/or Rental of Real Estate – the brokerage fee is calculated as a percentage of the agreed monthly rent/lease payment and is payable by both the Landlord/Lessor and the Tenant/Lessee as follows:

• Lease/rental term of up to three (3) years – the brokerage fee amounts to 100% of the agreed monthly rent/lease payment.
• Lease/rental term exceeding three (3) years – the brokerage fee amounts to 200% of the agreed monthly rent/lease payment.

The above brokerage fees shall apply unless otherwise agreed in the Brokerage Agreement.

Business Consulting and Brokerage Services – EUR 50.00 per hour.  
  
Obtaining a Land Register Extract, Cadastral Plan Copy, Possession Sheet, or Other Documents from State Administration Bodies or Local and Regional Government Authorities Outside the Agency's Registered Office Location – EUR 15.00 per hour plus travel expenses at the rate of EUR 0.50 per kilometre travelled.

Other brokerage services are available upon request and subject to agreement.

** VAT shall be added to all prices at the applicable statutory rate if the Broker is registered for VAT purposes. **

The agreed brokerage fee includes the following:

• performance of all brokerage services specified in Section VIII of the General Terms and Conditions;
• preparation of the preliminary agreement and the sale and purchase agreement;
• translation of the sale and purchase agreement into the language requested by the Client;
• notarial costs relating to the certification of signatures on the agreement, excluding notarization (solemnization) of the preliminary agreement or agreement and the preparation of a notarial deed (applicable to both the Buyer-Client and Seller-Client);
• Land Register registration costs (applicable to the Buyer-Client).
