Rare are the situations in which a property manages to surprise us like this one. But when that happens, it has to go into the Eternium offer! Here, already upon entering the apartment, one question came to mind:

How much is an apartment worth that is almost thirty years old, yet preserved as if it had just been built?

Namely, this apartment was never intended for tourist rental. The owners used it exclusively for themselves, only 7 to 14 days a year, during family summer holidays. Precisely thanks to such rare use, the apartment has remained incredibly well preserved to this day.

The result is best seen already on the first entry. How much care was taken of it is perhaps best described by the fact that even while taking photos we were almost afraid to move things from their place so as not to disturb the impeccable tidiness that greeted us.

This property also has an exceptional ceiling height, which completely changes the experience of the entire apartment. Above part of the living area there is a gallery of approx. 10 m², arranged as an additional sleeping area, and it also has its own window - a detail that is truly rarely found in galleries, while the space above the entire entrance hallway has been used as a spacious storage room.

Despite all these "bonuses", the apartment has retained a normal height in all its parts, while the storage room is so well integrated that we did not even notice it during the first viewing. The gallery is, of course, an integral part of the appearance of the living area, but it does not take away from the sense of spaciousness. On the contrary, it makes the entire apartment give the impression of a significantly larger property. So much larger that at one point we ourselves asked - is it possible that this apartment officially has only 41.95 m²?
